Company Driver

Bear Trailer Mfg. is looking for a responsible and dependable Company Driver to join our logistics team. As a Company Driver, you will operate our dually trucks to deliver trailers to customers locally and nationwide. Daily trips will include deliveries to manufacturers in Lebanon, MO, while longer trips may take you across the country on 1-3 day deliveries. You will always return home between runs and we work to make sure that you have the work/life balance that you prefer. You’ll be the face of our company to our customers, so excellent driving skills and customer service are a must.

AFTER 60 DAYS EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR HEATH, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE BENEFITS. 

Summary of Benefits packets and enrollment information will be provided during your enrollment period.

AFTER 90 DAYS EMPLOYEMENT, EMPLOYEES EARN HOLIDAY PAY AS FOLLOWS:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day for a total of 6 days per calendar year.

VACATION SCHEDULE

VACATION REQUESTS REQUIRE MANAGER APPROVAL AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME.

EMPLOYEES EARN PAID VACATION TIME AS FOLLOWS:

1 week after one year of service

2 weeks after three years of service

3 weeks after six years of service
