Welding Professional

Bear Trailer Mfg. is seeking a skilled Welding Professional to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will work with both manually and automated cut parts made of steel and aluminum. You’ll be responsible for performing various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and robotic welding. If you are proficient in one of these tasks, we are willing to train your growth in the other areas. You'll be expected to build components, not just weld them. We are looking for individuals with strong technical abilities who can contribute to the assembly of high-quality boat trailers.

AFTER 60 DAYS EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR HEATH, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE BENEFITS. 

Summary of Benefits packets and enrollment information will be provided during your enrollment period.

AFTER 90 DAYS EMPLOYEMENT, EMPLOYEES EARN HOLIDAY PAY AS FOLLOWS:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day for a total of 6 days per calendar year.

VACATION SCHEDULE

VACATION REQUESTS REQUIRE MANAGER APPROVAL AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME.

EMPLOYEES EARN PAID VACATION TIME AS FOLLOWS:

1 week after one year of service

2 weeks after three years of service

3 weeks after six years of service
