Gateway Integrations Manager (Hands-on)

Spinwise is looking for a proactive and technically-minded specialist to join our Gateway Product team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize payment services and operational workflows while maintaining a hands-on approach. • Take ownership of existing and new provider integrations (PSPs and APMs)
• Analyze documentation and prepare clear Technical Requirements (TRs) for the dev team
• Provide technical guidance to merchants during onboarding and consult on API usage
• Act as the primary coordination point for payment method operational issues and incidents
• Investigate technical hurdles and coordinate resolution between internal teams and providers
• Monitor communication channels to ensure prompt support and maintain professional partnerships
• Deliver weekly reports on process progress, success points, and key decisions

• 2+ years of experience in fintech, payment gateways, or technical integration support
• Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical and operational payment processing issues
• Experience with Jira, Postman, and creating technical documentation
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between developers and external partners
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience supporting merchant onboarding is considered a strong advantage
