Payments Operations Specialist (for existing employees only)

Spinwise is opening an internal opportunity for an ambitious and responsible colleague to take on the role of Payments Operations Specialist. The main goal in this position is to ensure our payment operation services run smoothly and efficiently. • Monitor, investigate, and resolve payment queries
• Ensure that payment services are provided according to the internal standards
• Monitor and ensure that customers are presented with the correct set of payment methods on all brands across all served countries
• Maintain exceptionally high levels of payment support to all parties
• Evaluate and test new payment methods prior to their implementation for clients
• Be the first point of escalation for payment-related queries and concerns
• Demonstrate ownership skills in solving customers’ payment-related issues
• Proactively spot patterns and tendencies in payment-related topics and report findings to the direct manager
• Share the necessary information with the Customer Support department as well as educate team members per the implemented changes
• Communicate with Payment Service Providers
• Assist with Ad-Hoc work as required

• Previous experience in a payments operations environment is a plus, but not required
• Strong investigation and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player
• Excel skills are a plus
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and environments
• Exceptional discipline and reliability
• Strong communication skills to maintain high efficiency
