• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers in data architecture, pipeline design and development, and overall performance development process
• Set team priorities, manage delivery planning, and ensure necessary resources
• Oversee data infrastructure (data warehouses, databases, etc.)
• Lead design, development and implementation of BI tools and analytical dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Drive BI and analytics adoption to optimize business performance
• Define and implement scalable, secure data architecture including design of data warehouses, ETL processes, etc.
• Lead development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating diverse data sources
• Develop and enforce data validation and quality control processes, implementing monitoring and auditing tools
• Stay updated on data warehousing, engineering and BI trends, evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies that enhance company’s data capabilities
• Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders and other technology teams to fulfill data and reporting needs

• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years in data architecture, engineering, and BI delivery processes
• Advanced proficiency in data architectures, engineering, and data tech stack
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills driving data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language
• Proven leadership in team management and senior agile roles (e.g., Scrum Master)
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and database technologies, with experience in on-premises and any of the cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expertise/familiarity with Power BI, Azure Analysis Services and Azure Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Automation)
• Expertise/familiarity in APIs integration and json structures
