YOUR MISSION

• Conduct thorough analyses and proactive monitoring of DPD debt portfolios, uncovering trends, patterns, and areas of concern
• Develop and implement comprehensive analytics for debt collection interactions, with a special focus on optimizing efficiency in debt collection call center
• Offer analytics and recommendations for debt recovery strategies
• Define, enhance, and establish the implementation of KPIs related to debt collection and recovery, ranging from recovery rates to client interactions
• Continuously monitor KPIs to assess strategy effectiveness
• Regularly assess and provide analytical insights to enhance debt management processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and technological integration within debt management and collection
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risks, legal, and customer service
• Opportunities to build models that allow to improve our KPIs

• Mastermind of Mathematics (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field)
• 4+ years of data/business analytics experience, preferably within the realm of risks
• Be fluent in the language of analytics and statistics, modelling experience will be considered as advantage
• Proficiency in key data retrieval, processing tools – like SQL , Excel; experience with R, Python or any other programming language will be considered as an advantage
• Personality that is able to take ownership and proactively suggest improvements in our processes
