Internal Direct Sales Agent -Full-Time

We are currently looking to recruit on self-motivated, sales and target driven, enthusiastic, energetic, and innovative individuals based in Lusaka or willing to self-relocate for the positions of Internal Direct Sales Agents on full-time basis.

Job Purpose

Takes charge in selling YesCash Zambia products & services,

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Selling of unsecured loans in a professional manner.
• Achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth and profitability.
• Participate in all sales activations
• Compile weekly sales reports
• Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources.
• Continually seek new opportunities to market services and bring in new customers.
• Responsible for keeping self and supervisors up to date on competitor and market developments.
• Maintain and update knowledge on all company products/services.
• Attendance of Product training sessions

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing or any business related filed
• Demonstrated experience in Sales
• Good selling and Marketing skills
• Result and target oriented
• Good Communication and presentation Skills
• good interpersonal skills
• High integrity
