As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping our organization achieve its data-driven goals. You will be responsible for designing and building complex data pipelines and infrastructure that enable the processing, storing, and analysis of a diverse range of data types and sources. Your mission will be to create reliable, scalable, and performant data solutions that meet the needs of our business and enable our data scientists and business analysts to uncover valuable insights that drive growth and innovation and support our business intelligence needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Data Warehouse team, to understand data requirements and develop solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. • Design and build data pipelines and infrastructure that enable efficient processing, storage, and analysis of a diverse range and volumes of data
• Evaluate existing data engineering solutions. Identify disadvantages of existing system architectures and possible ways of their improvement
• Lead the development and implementation of data solutions
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and company internal regulations, and mentor fellow developers to address and prevent errors
• Optimize data processing and storage systems for performance and scalability.
• Implement and maintain data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive data
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, infrastructure, and processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data engineering field and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our data solution

• Experience with Confluent Platform, Debezium, or other data processing technologies
• Expertise with programming languages such as Python, Java, or others
• Experience with SQL
• Keen attention to detail, an understanding of potential data loss and consistency risks, and the ability to mitigate them effectively.
• Good knowledge of the English language
