IT team consists of 80+ professionals across 8 different teams, working with 10+ products. They are cross-functional, self-sufficient, and highly autonomous teams led by supporting and inspirational leaders. Our stable processes will allow you to focus on your tasks and receive as much support as you need. We have varieties of different tasks (bug fixes, refactoring, different integrations, packages, services creation and much more).

• Work as a full stack development team member, including product owner, backends, frontends, devops. Work closely with developers on a daily basis
• Perform functional testing for in house developed products by using different testing approaches
• Creating test artifacts: checklists, testing reports and etc.
• Highly focusing on details on all levels (business and technical). Perfectionism is a key value followed by balancing and prioritization
• Participate in regular weekly internal QA workshops
• You will have a good chance for a fast professional growth and improve soft & hard skills as you will be surrounded with dedicated professional team members

• At least 2 year experience in quality assurance, tester role, or any other relevant background in IT 
• Familiar with testing terminology and understanding how to apply them
• Knowledge in QA automation and interest to grow in automation
• Ability to constantly keep focus on many details without losing accuracy. Professional perfectionism
• Analytical skills, including the ability to understand and reason about complex task scopes
• Proactive and solutions-driven, with the ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy
• Good English communication skills: verbal and written
• Strong motivation to continue building your career as QA specialist from all aspects

• Familiar with software like Confluence, Jira, or any similar on a user level
• Any hard skills like Postman (REST API), Chrome DevTools, Coding, Database, Git, and others will consider a huge advantage
