YOUR MISSION
To effectively manage and control procurement process, to provide cross-country coaching and drive initiatives for continuous improvement of procurement process.
- Manage, monitor and regulate procurement processes (invoice processing, business trip expenses, expense claims, etc.) to ensure compliance with established procurement policy;
- Be responsible for developing and updating existing procurement policy, implement changes in HQ and 7 affiliated countries;
- Offer support, guidance, and training to designated key personnel across countries on procurement procedures;
- Ensure data analysis for future procurement performance forecast;
