SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST


YOUR MISSION


To effectively manage and control procurement process, to provide cross-country coaching and drive initiatives for continuous improvement of procurement process.


  • Manage, monitor and regulate procurement processes (invoice processing, business trip expenses, expense claims, etc.) to ensure compliance with established procurement policy;
  • Be responsible for developing and updating existing procurement policy, implement changes in HQ and 7 affiliated countries;
  • Offer support, guidance, and training to designated key personnel across countries on procurement procedures;
  • Ensure data analysis for future procurement performance forecast;


QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING

  • 1-2 years of procurement process administration experience
  • Experience working with Procurement system would be preferrable;
  • Good communication skills and proactive personality;
  • Detail- oriented person with high sense of responsibility;
  • Fluent English skills;
  • Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, etc.) would be considered as advantage;
