YOUR MISSION

Drive data empowerment across the organization by delivering insights that inform strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. Foster a culture of innovation through data, unlocking opportunities and enabling smarter decisions to drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain data architectures aligned with business goals

• Define strategies for data management, integration, storage, and retrieval

• Establish and uphold data governance standards

• Design and implement integrations from various applications and external providers

• Build and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability

• Create data transformations, reports, and dashboards for end users

• Design and implement data models and schemas for usability

• Enhance data infrastructure, tech stack, and BI systems

• Collaborate with teams to validate and refine data requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Expertise and experience in data modeling, database design, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, and data governance and management principles.
• Expertise with Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Proficiency in data tools (SQL, NoSQL, ETL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Data Driven personality with analytical and problem-solving skills
