Description
What you will do:
- Develop and test new product ideas and lead the implementation
- Develop MVPs -> test fast -> fail -> repeat. Until you find what works!
- Full ownership of product KPIs, understand and track unit economics
- Identify target segments, value proposition, and pricing
- Develop go-to-market plan
- Monitor market and competitors, and provide market insights to company’s management
- Initiate and implement marketing campaigns incl., digital marketing
- Lead the development of new sales channels
- Regularly track and analyze key metrics (including the performance of sales teams, conversion rates, and turnaround times), as well, identify and implement improvements
- Identify technology improvements (e.g., app for customers or sales reps.), prepare requirements, and lead the development from the business side
What you will need:

- Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze financial and operational performance)
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English
