The Company currently has a large, advanced stage pipeline of projects which require completion in 2027 and beyond.


We are looking for an administrative candidate to join our organization within our

Permitting Team. This is a critical role to support robust record-keeping and tracking of daily on-going local, state and federal permitting activities to meet environmental regulatory and legal requirements.


The successful candidate reports to and will work under the direction of the Senior

Director of Permitting, US Development to support the activities of the solar permitting managers.

Requirements

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

● Application Management: Assist with preparing, submitting, and tracking local,

state and federal permit applications, and related agency communications, for

commercial solar PV, BESS and other energy development projects.

● Record-keeping: Perform daily record keeping and documentation of permitting

meeting minutes for internal and external web-based calls and communications

with local, state and federal agencies and consultants to document discussions

and decisions. Utilize excel spreadsheets, Smartsheet and other tracking

applications.

● Invoices Management: Assist with tracking budgets and recording invoices from

consultants.

● Documentation Review: Review permit applications, fees required, payment

processes, and related documentation to ensure they meet submittal

requirements of different agencies.

● Internal Coordination: Coordinate with permitting staff to update them on permit applications status, invoices, and daily record-keeping.

● Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Director of Permitting.

Experience

Required Experience:

● Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

● 2 or more years in related administrative work. Experience with renewable

energy is not required.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required. Experience with Smartsheet preferred.

● High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple

deadlines.

● Familiarity with local environmental ordinances, zoning regulations,

environmental studies including wetlands, threatened and endangered species,

cultural resources and hazardous materials.
