YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative support
As a key support to our sales team (CH/US), you’ll ensure smooth and efficient execution of tasks. This includes organizing meetings, scheduling events and personnel, support with reporting, welcoming visitors, preparing sales and communication materials, and collaborating with management on budgeting and accounting.
Tradeshows and events
You will be responsible for the comprehensive organization of tradeshows, roadshows, and other events attended by Loft Dynamics personnel. This includes coordinating on-site simulator operations and handling all related logistics.
Internal Communication
You will support internal communication efforts, keeping the team informed about Loft matters, preparing content for customers and prospects, and assisting with the organization of internal events.
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
- Commercial education or similar background in administration or sales
- Experience in sales support, customer service or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
- Proficient skills in office applications (e.g. MS Office)
- Team player with a proactive approach to work
- Passion for aviation is a plus
