Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and positioning Loft Dynamics as the leader in aviation simulation. With a clear vision, you will shape our business trajectory and ensure long-term success.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with the Executive Board to refine and execute the overall company strategy.


Revenue Growth & GTM Execution

  • Set clear sales targets and goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the sales teams, driving performance and accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and partners across Europe and Asia.


Operational and Team Management

  • Collaborate with other executives to ensure smooth coordination of company operations and processes.
  • Develop and implement customer success programs to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee and manage the budget for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.


Industry Engagement & Representation

  • Serve as the key company representative in engagements with the Board of Directors, investors, and senior partners.
  • Represent Loft Dynamics at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to enhance market presence and expand business opportunities.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain industry leadership.


YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • 15+ years of experience in the helicopter, fixed-wing aircraft, or aviation simulator industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, leading sales teams within aviation-related businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of the helicopter industry, particularly Airbus Helicopters.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by aircraft operators and training centers.
  • Awareness of EASA and FAA regulatory requirements related to aircraft operations and training.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate teams toward achieving results.
  • Experience in overcoming sales obstacles in a competitive, highly regulated market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take an entrepreneurial approach, proactively identifying opportunities and driving the development of solutions in collaboration with our team.
  • Strong ability to represent the company at the executive level, including engagements with investors and key stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (up to two weeks per month), including on short notice, to support sales and business development efforts.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or French is highly desirable.
  • Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss / EU citizenship
  • An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred but not required.
