About the Role

We are hiring an EU Middle Sales Manager to own and grow the European Tier 2 B2B pipeline in crypto and payments.

This is not a coordination role, an onboarding assistant role, or an account management role. This is a sales role for someone who can build pipeline from scratch, run partner onboardings independently, and close deals without hand-holding.

MiCA regulation is creating real, immediate demand for compliant onramp solutions across Europe. You will be the person who captures that demand.

This role is a direct path to Tier 1 responsibility in 12–18 months. We are not looking for someone comfortable staying at Middle level indefinitely.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Independent outreach and qualification of EU Tier 2 accounts — exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, Web3 products
  • Building and managing the EU partner pipeline from first contact through to close
  • Running partner onboardings end-to-end without manager oversight
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting without prompts
  • Supporting the Head of Sales on Tier 1 EU cycles — follow-up, prep, research
  • Providing structured market feedback based on EU partner signals

What We Expect

Must-have

  • Proven sales track record — personally closed B2B deals, can walk through your quota attainment and deal process end-to-end
  • Self-sufficiency — structured your own day, built your own pipeline, operated without close management
  • Fintech or crypto knowledge — understands onramp mechanics, knows the competitive landscape, can pitch credibly to compliance-minded partners


Nice-to-have

  • Experience working EU Tier 1/2 markets: Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland
  • Knowledge of MiCA and EU crypto regulation
  • Background in B2B fintech, payments, or crypto startup environment


What Success Looks Like

30 days — Hit the ground running

  • Met all key stakeholders; audited the current EU pipeline
  • Independently ran first 3–5 partner onboardings
  • Demonstrated structured outreach activity from Day 1


90 days — Own the pipeline

  • Independently managing the full EU Tier 2 pipeline
  • Qualified 10+ new EU leads
  • Consistent CRM reporting without manager prompts


6 months — Deliver results

  • Closed at least 2 EU Tier 2 deals independently
  • Supported Head of Sales on 2+ Tier 1 cycles
  • Received first Tier 1 readiness assessment
