About the Role

Paybis is an international FinTech company operating in the crypto and payments space. We build secure, compliant, and scalable financial infrastructure for businesses worldwide.

We are expanding our B2B direction and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can drive fast, measurable revenue growth in high-risk segments such as iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto, Adult, and other complex verticals.

This is not a relationship-maintenance or long onboarding role. This position is designed for a revenue driver — someone capable of independently sourcing high-volume clients, closing large-scale deals (€1M+ turnover), and generating tangible profit within the first 1–3 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently acquire and develop high-volume B2B clients in relevant high-risk segments.
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with large transaction potential.
  • Activate existing market relationships and networks.
  • Close complex fintech deals (IBAN, acquiring, crypto processing, on/off-ramp solutions).
  • Drive deals through onboarding and compliance (KYB) processes efficiently.
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets and publicly commit to them.
  • Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, and Operations to unblock deals.
  • Maintain strong commercial discipline and focus on profitability.
  • Contribute to the expansion of partnerships and affiliate/agent networks.
  • Deliver consistent revenue performance with short payback cycles.

Requirements

Must-Have
  • Proven track record of closing large B2B deals (preferably €1M+ in turnover).
  • Experience in iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto, Adult, or other high-risk segments.
  • Existing relevant commercial network or clear ability to build one fast.
  • Experience selling complex fintech/payment products.
  • Strong understanding of high-risk client lifecycle and onboarding realities.
  • Ability to navigate compliance processes as a business partner.
  • High level of ownership and personal accountability for revenue results.
  • Fast adaptation in new product or market environments.
  • Fluent English (working proficiency).


Nice-to-Have
  • Active network in high-risk B2B segments.
  • Experience selling IBAN / Crypto On-Ramp / Acquiring solutions.
  • Understanding of B2B fintech unit economics.
  • Experience working with high-volume affiliate or agent networks.
  • Background in scaling new markets or launching new revenue streams.

Work Setup
