What you will do:

  1. Provide a successful organization of work tasks;
  2. Know the specificity of the operations of the company and its structure;
  3. Comply with all ethical standards and norms;
  4. Accurately maintain the confidential information of the company and its customers;
  5. Employee is responsible for a precise, timely and complete execution of tasks determined in this job description.


MAIN TASKS


  • Organize and co-ordinate assignments of daily field assignments.
  • Update of both internal and external field cases in the ERP system.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled field reports.
  • Support of customers who visit the office on repossessed units in 
  • the yard and negotiating for payments.
  • Submit and reconcile field expense reports
  • Provide information to customers by answering questions and 
  • requests
  • Generation of field letters in the system.
  • Resolve daily administrative problems.
  • Uploading photos of ads on websites – Jiji, car portal & Facebook
  • Conduct external valuations 
  • Updating discounts on Jiji & car portal 
  • Create DCAC invoice 
  • Running of Auction & Announcing auction winners 
  • Any other duties assigned.

What you will need:

  • Must have either a Diploma/Degree in a Business Administration or related field.
  • Must have a Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive to grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Must have Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Must be Fluent in English and Swahili
  • Should be proficient with Microsoft excel.
