The main responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Manage the daily operations of the content management team
- Edit, update, and manage product and promotional content across various CMS platforms
- Oversee content workflows, including approval processes and publishing schedules
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure content is localized and market-ready
- Support the creation of culturally relevant content that resonates with our target audiences
- Review promotional materials to ensure they align with brand voice and quality standards
- Analyze content effectiveness and make improvements to boost engagement
- Collaborate closely with other content team-members, designers and others
- Monitor industry trends and player preferences to keep our content fresh and engaging
Requirements
- 3+ years of content management experience
- Strong portfolio showing clear business impact and results
- Proficient in managing content across CMS platforms
- Experience overseeing content workflows, approval processes, and publishing schedules
- Familiar with managing relationships with external agencies and freelancers
- Experience creating culturally relevant content for diverse audiences
- Strong editorial skills to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines
- Ability to analyze content effectiveness and implement improvements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage shifting deadlines
- Fluent in both verbal and written English (additional languages a plus)
- A keen interest in the iGaming industry
