Process Change & AI Enablement Assistant Manager / Manager

We are seeking a Process Change & AI Enablement Assistant Manager / Manager to support the firm's transformation initiatives by coordinating business process reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

The role will work closely with business leaders, operational teams, subject matter experts and technology specialists to ensure improvement initiatives are effectively planned, coordinated and executed. Rather than performing detailed process mapping themselves, the successful candidate will facilitate discussions, coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, and help embed new ways of working across the organisation.

Business Process Transformation

• Coordinate business process review initiatives across service lines and support functions.
• Work with process owners and subject matter experts to understand current ways of working and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and working sessions to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Track actions, decisions and outcomes arising from process review activities.
• Support the prioritisation of improvement opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and operating procedures.

AI Enablement and Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI, automation and digital tools.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technology specialists during AI implementation projects.
• Coordinate pilot programmes, testing activities and roll-out plans for new AI solutions.
• Support the adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric and other productivity solutions.
• Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Change Management and Adoption

• Develop and coordinate communication, training and user adoption activities.
• Support teams through process and technology changes.
• Monitor adoption rates and user engagement with new tools and processes.
• Help address change resistance and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as a champion for innovation and AI across the firm.

Project Coordination

• Manage project plans, timelines and milestones for process improvement and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Prepare project status updates for management and leadership.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies and escalate where appropriate.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Assistant Manager

• 3-5 years' experience in business transformation, project management, operations, consulting or change management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Exposure to digital transformation, AI or automation initiatives is desirable.

Manager

• 5-8+ years' experience leading or coordinating business transformation and change initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Experience working on technology-enabled transformation projects, including AI and automation initiatives.
