Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and handling general enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the BSO team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and postage.
  • Coordinate document management, scanning, filing, and record keeping.
  • Order and maintain office stationery, supplies, and pantry items.
  • Coordinate accommodation, travel arrangements, and other office support services.
  • Arrange staff meals and support internal meetings and events as required.
  • Assist with new joiner administration and workspace preparation.
  • Prepare and submit expenses claims and support other administrative processes.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are properly prepared, organized, and ready for use.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.


Qualifications

  • Thai nationality.
  • Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in administration, reception, or office support (experience in a professional services firm is an advantage).
  • Good command of Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
