Responsibilities

  • Perform daily independence and conflict of interest checks for prospective and existing engagements, ensuring compliance with firm policies and professional standards.  
  • Monitor and resolve independence and conflict-related matters in coordination with engagement teams and the global BDO network.  
  • Conduct risk and compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities.  
  • Review commercial contracts and legal documentation, including NDAs, employment agreements, vendor contracts, and subcontractor agreements.  
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.  
  • Assist with supplier and subcontractor onboarding and related due diligence activities.  
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  
  • Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives across the firm.  
  • Maintain effective stakeholder communication and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities. 


You will be working as part of the team, addressing the following areas: 

  • BDO Accreditation requirements 
  • Privacy/PDPA 
  • Independence 
  • Contract/NDA review 
  • Supplier onboarding 
  • Subcontractor 
  • Other regulations such as Labor Law 
  • Conflict of interest checking and monitoring both internal and international 


Qualifications

  • Thai National.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with some exposure to legal.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience but new graduates will be considered.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ideally, you will also be: 
  • Confident, Self-driven, flexible and result-oriented individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well as a supportive team player, also able to work individually with less supervision where necessary.
  • Willing to learn and apply new standards.
  • Possess a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player, Open mindset.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
