Description
The Assistant Bartender is responsible for assisting with the preparation of cocktails and other cold or hot beverage orders for the Guests as well as filling the Waiters'/Waitresses' beverage orders. He/she is also responsible for processing and closing Guests’ bills/tabs and ensures that the bar is well stocked.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A Secondary school level of education.
At least one year of experience assisting with or mixing and serving beverages in a high-end resort or restaurant.
Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift.
