Regional Head
As Regional Manager, you will work alongside Sales & Distribution team at Ribbon Plc overseeing acquisition of Personal Accounts
· You will have the responsibility to create a strategy to improve efficiency and profitability for the targeted ecosystem
· Build relationships with vendors and customers for business development
· Your role includes development of plan for various target segments
· Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives set by the organization
· Your role includes creating training modules and imparting training to channel partners
· Ensure adherence of compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
· Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
· Targeted channel partners are (this may undergo changes as per business requirement):
* Student Consultants (study abroad)
* Recruitment consultants
* Corporates that send employees abroad on work assignment
* Seafarer organisations – Merchant Navy
* Travel Agents
* Universities that send students abroad for exchange program
* Foreign Universities offices in Inda
* Businesses with presence or customers in the UK & EU
* Organisations like FICCI, CII & DIT etc. which support Indian SMEs with international trade
