About the Role

Paybis is an international fintech company operating in the crypto and payments space. We build secure, scalable, and user-centric financial products used by customers worldwide.

We are looking for a strong Product Manager (B2C) to take ownership of our consumer product line and drive its continued growth, maturity, and scalability.

This role is focused on improving and scaling existing products, not building from scratch. You will work on optimizing user experience, increasing product performance, and driving measurable business impact across key consumer journeys.

We are looking for a very  strong Middle/Senior Product Manager — someone defined not by years of experience, but by product thinking, ownership, and proven ability to deliver results.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in fintech (payments, cards, trading, or consumer financial products) and has at least some exposure to crypto products or ecosystems.

What You Will Do

  • Take full ownership of B2C product streams and drive their evolution.
  • Improve user journeys across funnels, wallets, exchange, mobile, and new product areas.
  • Conduct continuous product discovery and validate hypotheses through testing and data.
  • Define and track key product KPIs (activation, retention, conversion, monetization).
  • Run structured prioritization and ensure clear roadmap execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on positioning, go-to-market, and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Compliance to deliver high-quality product improvements.
  • Build a scalable experimentation and product optimization framework. 

What We Are Looking For

Must-have experience
  • Strong Product Management background (very strong Middle/Senior).
  • Solid experience in fintech products, especially:
  • payments
  • cards
  • trading platforms
  • consumer financial products
  • Exposure to crypto products or ecosystem (wallets, exchanges, trading, earn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmap ownership.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience working with product metrics (activation, retention, conversion).
  • Strong UX/product sense and ability to evaluate and improve user experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) is required.


Nice to have
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, etc.).
  • Background in neobanks or challenger banks (Revolut, Wise, N26, Monzo).
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams on GTM initiatives.
