What you will do:
- Develop and implement a powerful marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and resonates with our target audience
- Define and establish order in the marketing function, aligning actions with your vision and company goals
- Collaborate closely with agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional media
- Coordinate content creation across social media, our website, email, and SMS campaigns
- Monitor and analyze marketing activities, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Plan and manage the marketing budget with a results-oriented approach
- Work with other departments to achieve shared business goals
What you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in marketing, preferably within the financial sector
- Complete ownership of the marketing department and decisions
- Hands-on approach on all projects, ready to be directly involved in execution
- Deep knowledge in marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign management
- Skilled in analyzing marketing data to make strategic decisions
- Proactive approach to implementing bold, innovative ideas
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, eager to embrace change, and committed to growth
- Fluent in Latvian to connect effectively with the local audience
