About the Role

To support our continued international expansion we are seeking an International Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.


The role and responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Oversee the growth of international markets (new and existing) in terms of enquiries and resulting enrolments
  • Utilise our global network of students, graduates and contacts to establish our international brand
  • Oversee and execute a strong influencer program in all international markets
  • Source PR opportunities and advertising in target territories
  • Promote CNM to local communities and businesses
  • Leaflet the local and surrounding areas on a regular basis and promote CNM to local businesses and the general public
  • Communicate with Head Office to ensure open evenings are promoted effectively ahead of the date to ensure a high level of attendance
  • Gain and secure appropriate Business to Business (B2B) contacts that could support us in promoting the course
  • Plan and execute Open days. Open evenings to reach to the potential audiences
  • Support and represent CNM at relevant events, exhibitions and seminars as appropriate
  • Establish a network of likeminded people/companies/groups in order to make the college more known and therefore get more students enrolled
  • Identify new and effective ways to promote events by using speakers, third party companies and varied topics
  • To organise and attend all events, open evenings and exhibitions for the college as appropriate
  • Recruit and manage opinion leaders, influencers and VIPs within the target territory
  • Post and manage the local territory Facebook page
  • Establish Health Talks, Webinars, attendance-based Events (using CNM Students and Graduates in country and cross-border)
  • Evaluate target territories (assessing local regulations, accreditations, licensing and competitors)
  • Contributing to and carrying out the Marketing Plan for each international market
  • Line-management of International Marketing Managers and Executives


The ideal candidate:

  • Is a commercially-driven, proven marketer
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has knowledge of natural therapies or education in marketing
  • Has experience in digital marketing: social, email, search, etc.


Advantageous but not mandatory:

  • Experience in marketing internationally
  • Fluency in any languages other than English
