Senior Front End Developer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js. Your primary focus will be architecting, developing, and optimizing scalable user-facing applications and reusable components. You will lead technical decision-making, enforce best practices, and mentor mid-level and junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills. Your commitment to team leadership, continuous learning, and innovation is essential for this role.

• Architect and develop scalable, responsive frontend applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js, prioritizing performance and security.
• Write clean, maintainable and high-quality JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js code for client-side and server-side rendering.
• Lead technical design and implementation of reusable UI components and modular architectures.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs, or WebSocket-based services for real-time data (e.g., trading, market data).
• Drive code quality through rigorous code reviews, enforcing best practices and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Optimize applications for low-latency, high-availability and cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to defining frontend development processes, including testing and CI/CD workflows.

• 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, with 4+ years focused on JavaScript and modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, or similar).
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js, including server-side rendering (e.g., Nuxt.js) and tooling.
• Proven experience architecting scalable frontend systems, with a focus on modularity and maintainability.
• Strong understanding of Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue Router, Pinia.
• Expertise in frontend testing (unit, integration, E2E) using tools like Jest, Vue Test Utils, or Cypress/PlayWright.
• Familiarity with integrating complex APIs (REST, WebSockets) in high-throughput environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering secure, performant applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Deep expertise in designing modular, reusable frontend architectures.
• Proficiency in performance optimization, security, SEO best practices and accessibility (WCAG).
• Ability to implement and enforce coding standards (e.g., ESLint, Prettier) and streamline development workflows.
• Experience with real-time data handling (e.g., WebSockets for market updates).
• Proactive approach to staying updated on frontend trends and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for driving team growth.

• Experience with PHP and Symfony, Yii for full-stack contributions.
• Familiarity with fintech or cryptocurrency platforms (e.g., trading, wallets, or blockchain integrations).
• Knowledge of TypeScript for type-safe development.
• Exposure to Web3 technologies (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js) for blockchain interactions.
• Experience with micro-frontends or advanced state management patterns.
