Be responsible for a thorough analysis of the company’s financial results and provide a substantial support in diverse financial planning and market research projects.

• Collect and analyse Group-wide financial information on regular basis
• Conduct a regular review of the existing financial models and participate in building new ones
• Analyse deviations between planned and actual financial results
• Participate in the company’s internal target setting process
• Provide support in financial planning projects covering a variety of business needs
• Monitor the industry’s news and participate in market research projects
• Prepare presentations and other financial reports for the company’s internal use and investors 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Previous experience in a similar position or equivalent experience in “Big 4”
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluent Latvian and English (both – oral and writing)
• High sense of responsibility and ability to fit in a dynamic work environment
• Precise, analytical, organized, and solution-oriented personality
