We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join us as a Director of Studies. This is a pivotal role ideal for a CNM graduate who understands our values, shares our commitment to excellence in natural health education, and is ready to support and guide the next generation of practitioners.

 

The Role:

You are the hub of the college activities, offering support to students and lecturers, overseeing the day to day running of the college and its premises and invigilating exams. You are confident and are instrumental in helping students reach and exceed their goals and aspirations. You are an ambassador of CNM and take pride in its track record of training successful practitioners. You are an organized multitasker and have great people skills. You must have good knowledge of Excel and general computer skills are required.

 

Tasks:

•            Daily tasks like answering phones, e-mails, running of the college, classes, adding notes on the database, and other admin tasks.

•            Student support: answer questions, face to face appointments with students, in-class announcements, monitor exam attendance, follow up with students.

•            Handling student complaints: deal with students’ complaints in a quick and timely manner following procedure.

•            College maintenance: make sure that everything is in a perfect state.

•            To adhere to the Director of Studies Handbook at all times.

•            Be familiar with the Student Handbook, Student Rules and T’s & C’s.

•            This covers the basics for the role but is not a definitive list.

 

Location: London College (Percy Circus)

Schedule: 4 days per week -- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday; 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

 

Note this is NOT a hybrid or remote working role.
