About The Role

CNM is looking for a conscientious, helpful and efficient person to join our busy London College team on a full-time basis.


The Admin Assistant is the first point of contact for students attending CNM London and will assist the Directors of Studies team.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

A commitment to exemplary customer service is essential. You must also have good organisational skills, excellent telephone manners, and good general computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.

 

Key responsibilities (but not be limited to):

• Answer phones, redirect calls, and take accurate messages

• Ensure the front desk is always covered and professional

• Greet students, lecturers, and visitors and direct them appropriately

• Sort and distribute incoming mail

• Upload daily room allocations

• Update student attendance records and ensure they reflect on student portals

• Ensure lecturers scheduled for the day have arrived

• Ensure lecturers have access to computers, internet, websites, and lecture materials

• Support new lecturers with systems and setup

• Ensure photocopier paper is stocked daily

• Ensure the library and reception areas are tidy

• Supporting academic delivery and student administration

• Managing exams, assignments, and results processing

• Supporting clinics and practical sessions

• Maintaining facilities, supplies, and systems

• Ensuring clear communication between London College and Head Office
