Recruitment Intern (Full-time)

Are you ready to launch your career in recruitment? We’re seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern (3-month Contract) to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while being trained by industry experts in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes.

Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll help build a pipeline of top talent and support the hiring process across various roles. This is your chance to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, professional environment, with exposure to diverse industries and roles.

• Source candidates through online databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
• Engage with passive candidates and maintain relationships to build a pipeline for future opportunities.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach, and present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand job requirements and target the right talent pool.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search) is a plus but not required.
