About Paybis

Paybis is a global fintech company operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments. Since 2014, we've been building products that help people and businesses buy, sell, and exchange cryptocurrency. We serve 8.6M+ customers across 180+ countries and operate as a self-funded company with ~200 people across Europe, Ukraine, and the US.

We hold a MiCA CASP authorisation and a Payment Institution (PSD2) licence in Latvia — one of a small group of companies in Europe holding both simultaneously — alongside FinCEN MSB and FINTRAC registrations.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior PM to own and grow our B2B payments product. You will work with a real partner base, real revenue, and a clear market benchmark — driving the roadmap, improving the partner experience, and closing competitive gaps quarter by quarter.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Own the product backlog end-to-end: partner requirements, feature prioritization, roadmap, sprint-ready stories
  • Run structured competitive and partner discovery — identify and close the gaps that matter most to partners
  • Define and improve the partner integration experience: API, dashboard, onboarding documentation
  • Work with Account Management and BD to understand partner pain points and convert them into product decisions
  • Own conversion funnel metrics and drive measurable improvements
  • Define pricing models and packaging in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Write crisp, structured PRDs and partner-facing specs independently
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and the broader product team

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • Proven PM experience at a B2B or B2B2C on/off-ramp or crypto payments company
  • Deep product knowledge of the on/off-ramp space: embed flow, partner onboarding, conversion funnel, payment method mix, fee structures
  • Experience scaling an existing B2B product — not only launching from zero
  • Strong competitive benchmark ability: knows the market feature landscape in detail, can run gap analysis on the spot
  • API-level understanding: how partners integrate, what developers need from a B2B product, SDK and widget lifecycle
  • Partner-centric product thinking: distinguishes partner (B2B client) needs from end-user (B2C) needs
  • Stakeholder management across Engineering, Compliance, and Account Management simultaneously
  • Crisp, structured written communication — produces briefs, PRDs, and async updates independently
  • English B2+ written and spoken
  • Russian — written and spoken

Nice to have:

  • Experience at a regulated fintech or crypto payments provider
  • Understanding of MiCA CASP + PI regulatory implications for B2B product decisions
  • Partner portal or dashboard product ownership
  • KYB process ownership for B2B onboarding
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation in an embedded product
  • Knowledge of payment orchestration and PSP routing
  • Experience improving developer experience: self-service integration, API key management
  • Experience at a crypto exchange or payments aggregator

What We Value Beyond the Tech

  • Proactive Execution — drives without being asked; reactive mode means missed deadlines and low ownership
  • Structured Communication — partners and leadership need crisp, decision-ready updates
  • Competitive Awareness — knows the market landscape as well as their own product — as a working tool, not a talking point
  • Partner Empathy — the partner is the customer; instinctively thinks about developer experience and partner onboarding friction
  • Ownership under Ambiguity — generates the plan without waiting to receive it
  • Delivery Accountability — owns outcomes, not tasks; flags blockers early and tracks metrics

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days — Onboarded into the product and market landscape. Understands partner stack and integration flow. First syncs with stakeholders complete.

First 90 days — First documented improvements delivered. Working relationships built across Engineering, Compliance, Account Management. Partner requests handled independently.

First 6 months — Measurable improvement in partner onboarding and conversion metrics. Product competitiveness improved against market benchmarks.

Interview Process

  1. HR screening
  2. Technical / product interview
  3. Final interview with product leadership
