YOUR MISSION


In this role, you'll provide vital support to Group Board Members in strategic decision-making by seamlessly managing daily agendas, organizing monthly business reviews, and providing dedicated administrative support.


This is your opportunity to work closely with Group Board Members, gaining direct business experience and building your professional expertise.   • Organizing monthly business review meetings for all Group Companies
  • Preparing meeting agendas and materials
  • Taking minutes during meetings and allocate tasks to stakeholders, ensuring decisive actions are promptly followed through and implemented
  • Performing various organizational tasks and supporting various projects (coordinating project members, sourcing relevant information, managing deadlines, documenting project outcomes, etc.)
  • Providing administrative support for Group Board Members

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration or in related field
  • Quick thinker with a proactive 'get things done' mindset
  • Passionate about self-driven learning and personal development
  • Demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Showcase meticulous organization and strong IT literacy

  • Proficient in Latvian, English, and spoken Russian
