Established in 2019, the International Arbitration Centre is the independent, dedicated venue in the heart of London. We host in-person, hybrid and virtual arbitrations, mediation and adjudication, as well as hybrid litigation in domestic and international courts. The IAC is a secure, confidential and efficient platform for dispute resolution. 

 

Assisting the Director of Technology, the Network Support Analyst will provide day-to-day support covering all system infrastructure. The International Arbitration Centre plays host to regular high-level hearings so the individual MUST be comfortable working under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal, time management and client facing skills. Experience with supporting physical and virtual hearings over a range of platforms is also highly desirable. 

About the job


  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely and satisfactory completion 
  • Complete regular system testing and fault logging 
  • Ensure the highest levels of client service are maintained 
  • Monitor system and network performance 
  • Make recommendations for system enhancements where necessary 
  • Help maintain network documentation 


The ideal candidate

Skills Required: 


  • Strong core networking and troubleshooting skills 
  • Good knowledge of audio-visual and physical/virtual conferencing technologies (Polycom, Zoom, Teams etc) 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 11) 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud application portals (Office 365, Sharepoint) 
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 2019(+) Server (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, etc.) 
  • Reliable, punctual and well organised

  • Microsoft Hyper-V 
  • Microsoft Storage Spaces 
  • Dell Sonicwall firewalls and switch infrastructure 
  • Crestron controls 
  • Uniflow copy/print solutions 
  • Paxton Video Entry Systems 
  • Windows Powershell 
  • Legal sector experience 


Please note:

This role is 5 days per week in the office on Fleet Street, central London.


Due to the nature of the work, you will have a flexible shift pattern including early starts (from 6am) and late finishes (up to 9pm). Overtime is paid for hours above your contractual hours.


Base Salary: £37,000 to £40,000
