Senior Control Engineer

Salary: Up to 6,417,348 RSD Gross 2 Annual

You will:

• Full life Cycle PLC and SCADA
• On-site commissioning
• Be able to think outside of the box to implement innovative and effective solutions maximizing the automation of tasks and templates
• Responsible for ensuring own work is to defined standards and reviewed accordingly
• Mentoring junior team members
• Requirement gathering and creation of associated documentation
• Support Sales to scope new work, assessment of its duration and review of technical risk
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing technical excellence, quality and customer value realisation

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on work experience in SCADA software development
• Degree level education preferred, or equivalent industrial experience
• Good problem-solving skills (technical and client); experience of troubleshooting, fault finding and fixing in operational/production environments
• Ability to make design decision with authority and raises concerns and risks to the Team leader
• Experience in performing Client Acceptance Testing
• Database and SQL querying experience, e.g., MySQL, MS SQL.
• Experience and knowledge of delivering projects within the ISA 88 standard for batch control.
• Creation of project documentation from client documents or requirements gathering sessions/workshops. Including, but not limited to:

o User Requirements Specifications (URS)

o Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)

o Testing documentation

o User manuals

o Risk assessments and method statements

o Project delivery schedules

o Software Design Specifications (SDS), including I/O schedules and Network architecture diagrams/designs

Desirable

• 3+ years of hands-on work experience in PLC’s software development
• Understanding of how to configure and query Databases.
• Version control experience, e.g., GIT.
