Sustainability Project Manager

We are looking for a Sustainability Project Manager to oversee the implementation and development of the group-level sustainability strategy, and take care of ESG-related reporting. 

 

What will you need:

  • Higher education related to a sustainability field. Preference to candidates with a background in environmental studies and ecology 
  • At least two years of project management experience. Preference to candidates with demonstrable experience in sustainability-related projects 
  • Experience in data collection, categorization, and analysis 
  • Good data visualization skills in MS Excel, Power BI, etc. 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Proficiency in English and Latvian at a professional level 
  • Ability to make decisions independently within the scope of competence 

 

What you will do:

  • Development, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the emissions measurement system (Scope 1, Scope 2)
  • Collection and analysis of environmental, social, and governance data 
  • Development and improvement of internal sustainability policies and strategies 
  • Fostering inter-departmental collaboration for sustainability data 
  • Definition of sustainability-related benchmarks for Group subsidiaries and strategic consulting 
  • Preparation of annual public sustainability reports according to CSRD, and GRI standards 
  • Development of sustainability project proposals, implementation, and evaluation of results 
  • Communication of sustainability projects to external and internal audiences
