We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to join and lead our teams. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the well-being, morale, and productivity of your team while advancing our company's vision of global mobility. You’ll be accountable for team outcomes, focusing on delivery management and engineering excellence, establishing and maintaining effective workflows, and nurturing a harmonious and skilled team environment. What you will do: 

 

·      Lead and guide a development teams, ensuring clear direction and successful project delivery

·      Collaborate closely with Engineers, Infrastructure, Product Owner and business leaders to execute our strategy

·      Drive important cross-domain projects and ensure their timely completion

·      Implement Agile and Lean methodologies to enhance team efficiency

·      Foster the professional and personal growth of your team members, including conducting performance and compensation reviews

·      Develop a cohesive team that embodies trust, conflict resolution, commitment, accountability, and a results-driven mindset

 

What you will need: 

 

·      Proven experience in leading a software engineering team with a track record of delivering results

·      Strong technical expertise in backend engineering

·      Experience in managing cross-departmental projects

·      Ability to enhance team effectiveness, manage scopes, and deliverables

·      Experience in building and hiring new team members

·      Strong people management skills with a focus on team development

·      Excellent communication skills with both technical and management stakeholders

·      Comfort with uncertainty and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

·      Proficiency in spoken and written English
