In a nutshell

As an IT Infrastructure Services Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and maintaining Loylogic IT infrastructure including Servers, Networks, End Point Hardwares (Laptops / Printers), Software Applications such as Microsoft M365, End point Security Tools, Proxy Application. In addition to this, you will be working on Cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Code Repository tool such as BitBucket and specialized tools such as Jira, confluence.


What you will do

  • Managing Network Infrastructure which includes LAN / Wireless LAN / Switches / Routers / VPN etc.
  • Leads the performance of day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability within minimal interruption
  • Participate actively in tasks related to PCI-DSS and ISO-27001 Certifications
  • Analyze and fix Infrastructure Issues and provide technical support and assistance to end users for both hardware and software issues
  • Configuring and managing the Microsoft Admin Portal for user and licensing management
  • Manage Microsoft M365 Setup and deployments / policies
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, Azure AD Infrastructure
  • Managing SSL certificates (installation, certificate tracking, and renewal)
  • Software License Management & Tracking for entire infrastructure
  • Manage Email Gateway & Email Security
  • Manage End Point Secuity (AV/ Proxy) and compliance
  • Respond to and resolve JIRA ticket requests
  • Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and manage asset handover and asset return as per Loylogic procedure
  • Assist in maintaining of Loylogic IT Infrastructure policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Communication with vendors to obtain system configurations, quoting, and support
  • Managing L1 level tasks related to servers/microservices on AWS Cloud
  • Servers Image creation, storage cleanup, certificate installation on AWS Cloud
  • Train users on IT best practices, security protocols, and new technology tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.
  • Generate reports on system performance, security vulnerabilities, and compliance status as needed

What you will need

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ relevant proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of server and network administration, including Windows Server, Linux, Azure Active Directory, and TCP/IP protocols
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
