About the Role


The Walmart Insights & Analytics Manager will serve as the data and measurement lead for the Integrated Demand Team. This individual will transform information from Scintilla, Walmart Connect, digital commerce platforms and internal Unilever sources into clear insights and prioritized recommendations.



The role will connect performance signals across media, retail marketing, search and digital commerce, enabling the team to identify opportunities earlier, optimize activity faster and build a shared understanding of what is driving growth.

This role will be employed by WPP Unite and embedded within Unilever’s team.



Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance across Walmart retail media, search, social, digital commerce and retail marketing activity.
  • Translate data from Scintilla, Walmart Connect and internal platforms into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop audience strategies using available first-party, retailer and clean-room data.
  • Create real-time performance snapshots, alerts and prioritized actions for the Integrated Demand Team.
  • Build and maintain shared dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify emerging category, shopper and performance trends that may warrant rapid activation.
  • Partner with media, digital commerce, retail marketing and measurement teams to connect data across channels.
  • Establish benchmarks and identify opportunities to improve category performance, media effectiveness and digital conversion.
  • Support test-and-learn plans and evaluate the performance of agile commerce sprints.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Represent the Integrated Demand Team in relevant Scintilla, measurement and digital analytics forums.




Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media analytics, retail analytics, audience strategy, performance marketing or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with Scintilla, Walmart Connect analytics or comparable retailer data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of retail media, digital commerce and cross-channel measurement.
  • Proven experience building dashboards, automated reports and performance frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify the business implications behind the data.
  • Experience translating complex analysis into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with first-party data, clean-room environments and audience development.
  • CPG, FMCG or retail experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently in an embedded client environment.





Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $125,000

*exact compensation will be determined based on individual experience
