Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)


Salary: £27,820.00 - £35,610.00 per annum

Purpose of the job

Reporting to the Head of Property Procurement Services, the Property coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all contractual and Authority compliance remains within agreed and established boundaries. This will be achieved by controlling and coordinating system data and communication. In addition, this role will

lead on specific sales and marketing initiatives as directed by the Head of Property Services.


Duties and Responsibilities

Procedures

  • Ensuring full data integrity of all inspection reports, meter readings and any other relevant property records on CCMS.
  • Ensure all properties have necessary Certificates and Licensing and regular monitoring of LA changes.
  • Undertake ad hoc property related audits and functions as directed by Head of Property services.
  • Ensure property handover & sign off processes and procedures are followed.
  • Undertake sales and marketing activities to support the creation of new revenue schemes for the property department.
  • Work with the property admin team to ensure all marketing materials remain current.
  • Regularly liaise with Finance and Compliance team to ensure best value is achieved and maintained.
  • Ad hoc project work based on business demand and current trends.
  • Ensure the team are fully capable and qualified and have structured roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure procedures and policies are followed

  • Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
  • Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager
