What you will do:

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Transfer Pricing (TP) Specialist to join our Group Finance team. You will work closely with the Group Tax Manager responsible for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia, and collaborate with finance and legal teams across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, and the Baltic states — Latvia and Lithuania. 


This role offers excellent exposure to cross-border tax matters and the opportunity to develop expertise in an international, fast-growing business environment.  


Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure TP compliance across the Group, with opportunities to contribute to other tax-related projects 
  • Draft TP documentation for intragroup transactions across all markets 
  • Support financial and tax audits on TP-related queries 
  • Monitor and analyze proposed tax law and regulatory changes, assessing their potential impact on the Group's entities
  • Track and summarize relevant tax court cases, preparing insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders 




What you will need:

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience drafting TP documentation (experience in an international environment or a Big 4 firm is an advantage) 
  • Good understanding of direct taxation. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. 
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including use of PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other key functions for data analysis. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with teams across different countries.
