Job Purpose

The CRM Specialist will support the tactical execution of CRM and marketing/sales technology initiatives, playing a vital role in operational excellence across both Marketing and Sales. Reporting to the Head of Digital, Data, and CRM, this role will ensure the smooth day-to-day management of HubSpot CRM, data hygiene, reporting, and automation processes. This individual will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive effective execution, streamline workflows, and enhance data-driven strategies. 

Key Responsiblities

CRM Support and Maintenance

  • Assist in managing HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and organisation within the system. 
  • Implement data entry standards, regularly conduct data audits, and resolve data integrity issues. 
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and field user enquiries. 
  • Support the Head of CRM and Automation in strategic CRM initiatives. 


Marketing and Sales Automation

  • Setup automated workflows within the CRM to support lead nurturing, scoring, and customer engagement efforts. 
  • Support the Marketing team to create and optimise email and lead automation campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up including landing pages and forms. 
  • Support Sales by executing targeted sales automation efforts, ensuring seamless processes in lead hand-offs. 


Tech Stack Management

  • Aid in the administration of both marketing and sales technology stacks, supporting integrations and tool optimisations. 
  • Help onboard new tools by setting up basic configurations, documentation, and training materials.


Reporting and Dashboarding

  • Create and update dashboards and reports that provide insights into marketing and sales performance metrics. 
  • Support the Head of CRM and Automation in developing data-driven strategies by providing accurate and timely reporting. 


Enablement and Training

  • Assist in training Marketing and Sales teams on CRM features, best practices, and standard operating procedures. 
  • Create documentation and resources to support team understanding of CRM workflows and automation processes. 
  • Act as a first point of contact for team questions and feedback regarding CRM and automation tools. 
  • Support the development of onboarding resources for Marketing and Sales and ensure the resources are kept up-to-date and well optimised. 


Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or sales operations; HubSpot experience essential. 
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales technology platforms and automation processes. 
  • Strong attention to detail, data organisation, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams. 
  • Confident recording and/or delivering on-demand and live training to colleagues. 


Advantageous:

  • Basic knowledge of a programming language such as JavaScript or SQL. 
  • Hands-on experience in a Marketing or Sales role. 
  • Understanding of attribution models.
