As an AI & Automation Technical Lead, you'll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI and intelligent automation solutions that drive business transformation. Combining technical expertise with a product mindset, you'll turn business needs into scalable, resilient, and high-impact solutions while shaping the future of our AI and automation platforms. The AI & Automation Technical Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, product development, developers, and external partners to:

• Lead the technical strategy, solution design, and best practices for our automation and AI platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and organizational goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient future-ready solutions, moving beyond point automations to build robust, enterprise-grade platforms.
• Continuously evaluate emerging automation and AI capabilities (including Agentic AI) to modernize our technology landscape and maximize business value.
• Lead the complete development lifecycle from requirements analysis through design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing operation.
• Establish and own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and code review standards across the AI, Automation, and Platform Development workstreams.
• Oversee the operation of deployed solutions, ensuring optimal reliability. Collect feedback, track KPIs, and drive iterative enhancements to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Directly manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary technical team spanning AI, Automation, and Platform Development, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and high performance.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Enterprise Architects, and external partners to translate user stories into well-architected engineering solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant language, guiding stakeholders through technical decisions with data, logic, and empathy.

• Several years of experience in IT, software development, or automation, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in architecting, designing, and delivering robust, large-scale, enterprise-grade intelligent automation and AI platforms, with strong knowledge of software design patterns and modern programming frameworks.
• Proven ability to maintain discipline in execution, tracking progress, and ensuring that automation initiatives deliver sustainable, measurable business outcomes.
• Someone eager to expand their knowledge and apply innovative solutions to complex challenges, thinking beyond existing frameworks to design future-ready solutions by challenging conventional approaches.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills in Python and/or C# (or an equivalent object-oriented language like Java).
• Practical understanding of Agentic AI POCs, their capabilities, architecture, and governance, as well as integrating Data and Analytics products into automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and working with cloud/infrastructure-as-code platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Highly skilled at bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
• A flexible, solutions-oriented professional who can navigate uncertainty, adjust to changing priorities, and support teams through technological shifts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to align diverse perspectives to achieve shared success.
• A leader capable of building strong partnerships between business and technology teams, guiding stakeholders through technical decisions, and simplifying complexity.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing engineers across multiple workstreams while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, skill growth, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
