RAS - Forensic (Assistant Manager/ Manager Level)

We are currently looking for a manager to perform a key role as we grow this service offering.

Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will help deliver a wide range of forensic and financial crime services to local and international clients. You will be involved in complex investigations, fraud risk engagements, dispute matters, and regulatory assignments, helping clients identify issues, mitigate risks, and strengthen their control environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support forensic investigations into fraud, misconduct, corruption, financial irregularities, and regulatory matters.
• Perform forensic accounting reviews, financial analysis, and fact-finding procedures to identify issues and quantify potential losses.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and advise clients on strengthening governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Analyze financial and operational data using forensic and data analytics techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and risks.
• Prepare investigation reports, present findings, and deliver practical recommendations to clients.
• Manage project delivery, including planning, budgets, timelines, and client communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and market initiatives.
• Coach and supervise junior team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Candidates should possess strong forensic expertise, including Forensic Analysis and Forensic Accounting skills.
• Candidates should possess solid core Accounting knowledge and experience in applying accounting standards to complex situations.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and synthesize large volumes of data.
• Candidates should possess skills in handling and assessing Evidence, including documentation, digital records, and transaction trails.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Experience in forensic investigations, dispute resolution, fraud risk assessments, or regulatory inquiries, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Thai National required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor team members, manage multiple engagements, and work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional environment.
