Role Purpose
The Operations Coordinator is a key enabling role within Enshore Subsea's project execution team. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, the post holder is responsible for ensuring that all operational readiness activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered on time and within budget across the full project lifecycle — from early mobilisation planning through to first-of-steel and daily operational rhythm. The role spans barge and vessel readiness, mission-equipment integration, cable load-out logistics, port and quayside organisation, and real-time operational follow-up, making it a pivotal interface between onshore project teams, port authorities, client representatives, and offshore crews.
Due to the operational nature of this role, candidates should be flexible and willing to work up to seven days a week when required. Any additional days worked may attract compensation in accordance with applicable French statutory requirements and Company policy.
