Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA1)

We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA1) to join our hardworking clinical team in Blackpool, Lancashire.



The focus of this role is to prioritise patient safety and carry out clinical trials according to ICH-GCP requirements.

• BSc in a scientific field, relevant clinical trial or healthcare experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical activities
• Patient and customer care
• Laboratory duties
• Pharmacy dispensing, accountability logs and environment maintenance
• Data management
• Study subject recruitment
• Commercial awareness
• Professional self-development
• Compliance with regulations, legislation, SOPs and policies

PHYSICAL, WORK ENVIRONMENT, TRAVEL DEMANDS:

• Potentially long periods standing.
• Dealing with bodily fluids.
• Long periods looking at a computer screen.
• Meeting deadlines and working within strict timelines.
• Ability to travel between sites if required.
• Ability to travel to national/international meetings.
