YOUR MISSION

As a Finance Controller, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and data analysis, supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will maintain financial integrity in compliance with local legislation and internal policies while driving process improvements. This role involves collaboration across accounting, auditing, and cross-functional teams, contributing directly to budgeting and forecasting activities.


Key responsibilities:


  • Timely preparation of monthly financial reports and in-depth data analysis
  • Monitor and ensure financial data quality aligned with local legislation and group policies
  • Collaborate closely with accounting teams and external stakeholders
  • Enhance financial reporting and analytical procedures
  • Support the budgeting process and financial forecasting
  • Participate in both local and group audit activities
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks requested by management
  • Build strong working relationships across departments and country teams


YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in finance, economics, or business
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance; audit experience (2 years) is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles; IFRS knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Strong analytical mindset and precision in task execution
  • Excellent planning and prioritization capabilities
  • Fluency in English and advanced computer literacy
