Job Brief

Paybis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to oversee the people management aspect of our sales efforts across both B2B and B2C channels. The Senior Sales Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring the success of the sales team by providing mentorship, guidance, and support while aligning with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the team’s performance, set clear expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members. Foster a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Recruitment & Talent Development: Attract, hire, and retain top talent for the sales team, ensuring a high level of competency and motivation. Develop career paths and promote internal growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to ensure cohesive strategy execution and optimize sales efforts.
  • Training & Onboarding: Develop and execute training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the executive team to ensure that the sales team’s activities align with broader sales strategies and business objectives.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in the fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries.
  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record in building and leading high-performance sales teams, including experience in developing sales strategies and processes.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate complex deals and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Metrics & KPIs: Experience in defining and optimizing sales metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the fintech/crypto landscape is essential.
