Job Brief

Paybis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director / Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts across both B2B and B2C channels. As a key member of the executive team, the Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, leading a global team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills. We are looking for a leader who can inspire teams, engage with clients globally, and drive Paybis’s growth in an ever-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Paybis’s business objectives, catering to both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, through direct sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and motivation to drive success.
  • Market Research & Trends: Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and develop sales approaches that address customer needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead qualification, follow-up, and conversion processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate sales progress and performance to internal stakeholders, including the executive team, and provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in the fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries.
  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record in building and leading high-performance sales teams, including experience in developing sales strategies and processes.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate complex deals and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Metrics & KPIs: Experience in defining and optimizing sales metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the fintech/crypto landscape is essential.
