Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Business Developer to join our innovative team. This role is crucial in building relationships with key partners and clients across dynamic industries, including iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and Crypto. The ideal candidate will bring relevant industry experience, but we also welcome driven professionals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with partners and clients in industries such as iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and Crypto.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify market pain points, suggest solutions, and adapt strategies to secure and grow successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and comprehensive sales documentation for potential clients.
  • Take initiative and work independently, proactively identifying new opportunities and managing them from start to finish.


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development within iGaming, Forex, PSPs, or Crypto Onramps/Crypto Acquiring.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, task management software, and knowledgebase systems.
  • Solid understanding of payment technologies, including APIs, front-end and back-end systems, and local payment methods.
  • Familiarity with crypto technology and blockchain basics, including stable coins, network fees, and crypto processing.
  • Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for business purposes regularly; candidates must hold or be eligible for a Schengen visa.
  • Existing network within relevant industries is a plus, with a proven approach to leveraging connections effectively.
